DO I HAVE TO BE EXPERIENCED IN MARTIAL ARTS?
If you are a beginner and have never tried martial arts before that's okay. Our coaches are here to work with you and guide you every step of the way. We don't expect you to learn every move or know every technique on your first day. As with anything in life, consistency and discipline are the key ingredients that will help you improve day by day.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?
If you have an existing injury, we will modify the technique or lesson to help you move at a pace that suits you. You don't have to be a fighter to join us and we don't want your injury to prevent you from being part of our academy.
WHAT IS THE CLASS STRUCTURE?
Our kids/youth classes are 45 minutes long while our adult class is 1 hour long. Our Muay Thai classes start with warmups that help improve footwork, agility and balance. After warmups students will either practice shadow boxing, technique drills, pad work, bag work or conditioning.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM MUAY THAI?
Muay Thai requires dedication and consistent practice. It's a great workout that enhances physical fitness, builds endurance, and improves reflexes. It will also help build mental fortitude. You will train with people from various backgrounds, all focused on learning and improving their Muay Thai skills. You will also build camaraderie with you fellow teammates.
